It could be what they call dystonia.

Your regular Parkinson physician can also call a movement doctor where
ever
your husband is visiting or staying and set up an appointment or he  can
take
care of him, at least on a temporary situation, on the telephone and
should
be very happy to assist him. Dystonia can be helped with added
medication  or
less but his doctor should be able to help him easily, over the
telephone.
