Thank you, Ray. I would have to say that in my case, the old cliche that when God closes a window He/She opens a door would be true. Although these last five years have been the hardest of my life, the impact of a disease that shattered my everyday existence has also led to some accomplishments, however bittersweet. And I am certainly not alone. I see this over and over again when I attend PWP events. Re: October Mourning, my first Kendall book about the mystery-solving psych nurse with PD, it is still floating around, available on internet sites like Barnes&Noble and Amazon, and I would be honored if you included it in your newsletter. I used my "pen" name, Loren Chaucer, which is an anagram for-who else?-Carole Hercun. I did write a second Kendall book ,a sequel, which still sits in my desk drawer. No publisher. As does the prequel I am working on. The photography you mentioned led to a interest in digital art, which I started to experiment with a few years ago. Many of my prints are showcased on the website I have struggled to develop for what seemed like forever, and coincidentally should be online in a matter of days. I hesitate to mention www.frankensteingraphicdesign.com as it is a commercial site, but as the Frankie behind FGD, I would like you to visit and just look at the pictures. They represent my triumphs over a direction for what is left of my life I never would have chosen, but now pursue. Take good care, Carole Hercun (Carolelorac to my Sparkler cyberpals) --- rayilynlee <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > And well you should be proud, Carole.
