There is a website somewhere (I lost my bookmarks last year and don't have the url anymore) which recounts heart transplant stories. A significant percentage of heart recipients reported personality changes including new appreciation of things as diverse as opera and barbecue. In some cases the recipient claimed no change while family members disagreed emphatically.
