I am 60 years old and live in Chicago. I was diagnosed with PD on my left side in March of 2006. One year later (March 2007) I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer (right breast) and in April had a lumpectomy and my lymph nodes removed. A friend found this listserv in helping me in my search for someone who also has both diseases. Tomorrow (Thurs), I will have the 4th round of chemotherapy. Managing both PD and cancer is very hard and I'd be interested in how others cope(d).
