i use to get wounds on the top of my toes. outter toes. I found that
fabric mesh ( stretch optimal) is the best . I also wear a thin nylon
over my compression hose. Also, I let my feet air out as much as
possible. clean and dry. It appears to help decrease the friction (?)
between the top of my toes and my shoes. I have very thin feet. vasal
contriction problems .
My custom insoles are taken out of my shoes nightly. I was told not to
wear the same shoe daily, but to alternate them. I think it does have
to do with circulation and moisture in the shoes.
