Maryse:  Have you tried Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBOT)?   I have had it for Parkinson's anad it was very beneficial but it is especially indicated for wounds that don't heal.

It may be due to poor blood circulation. A well irrigated wound heals quickly 
but in the legs, particularly if you donīt move much, there is venous 
stagnation and poor healing
