Well, then he certainly violated the doctor/patient confidentiality
agreement by testifying before Senator  Brownback's Senate committee in
2004.  He has never corrected the impression that Turner was "cured" of his
PD that was made at that time.  We still must fight the claims of ESCR
opponents that PD is being successfully treated by ASCs.  I see it EVERY DAY
on the web.   I have also seen his Senate testimony.  Have you?
