I can't find anything recent on Penny. Why is that?
Ray

Penny Thomas, 52, of Hawaii was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2002.
She received injections of retinal neural stem cells last year. Before
treatment, she shook uncontrollably and could no longer eat by herself, read
or write or get out of a chair. After the treatment, she says she shakes
less and can read and write again and eat by herself. Last summer, she
passed her driver's license test. "I went sailing the other day ... I
actually was at the helm of the boat for 2 and 1/2 hours! I feel like I'm a
kid again," she wrote in a Web blog.
