My experience with the patch has not been good, and I have stopped it and gone back to Mirapex. I had been taking Mirapex 1 mg 3x/day, plus 2-3 Sinemet 25/100. With the Neupro (6 mg/day), I found that my tremor was worse, my gait was notably worse, plus a new symptom: a painful dystonia in the balls of both feet that started at bedtime and made it impossible to get to sleep unless I took another Sinemet. It was nice having two fewer things to do each day, but clearly not worth it.
