Hi Paula:
    I have been using Mind Aerobics basic work for years with good benefit.
I am sure this helps me quite a bit.
The basics of this depends upon the stimulation of alpha waves in the brain.

    You can find this in the internet I think. I bought this about three
years back. I am not sure where I bought this from.

    I would say this is worth a dry.
