If you don't understand how genetics creates what we call human life, and how the the constitution's guarantee of?life, liberty... is NOT dependent upon the individuals age or how many cells they actually have, then you need to dig a bit deeper than you have. By many definitions, a new born baby is not "viable" since it cannot neither feed itself nor vote.?
