Too much nicotine has its own bad side effects.  Please make sure that she
remains within the prescription guidelines.  She doesn't need a cardiac
arrhythmia in addition to the rest of her problems.

I'm so glad that she is going to be assigned to another doctor.  Good for
you - and your strong advocacy.
