Ned, thanks for the hot water heater idea. I never thought of that. It is going to help a lot tomorrow. I am having severe cramps in my legs from all the work we did today, I guess.

Turn off the heating part and drain the tank as needed.
Call your local city government they sometimes can help
with emergency's like this.
