This issue presents texts from a one-day conference called "Teaching Writing with Technology" that was held at the University of Western Ontario on December 6, 2007. Doreen Starke_Meyerring relates what bounty hunters can tell us about writing in digital environments; Amanda Goldrick-Jones explores wikis; Doug Brent reconsiders teaching online as performance; Terence Green, Lisa Macklem, and Suzanne Boles write in response to the presentations and discussions at the conference. Patrick Kennedy writes about how Erica Lindeman's A Rhetoric for Writing Teachers has changed his approach to teaching writing, and Andrew Stubbs of the University of Regina offers a synopsis of his new, edited collection on writing instruction: Rhetoric, Uncertainty, and the University as Text: How Students Construct the Academic Experience.

The next issue: Teaching Writing without Technology?
