Several reactions:

(1)  You don't say that you are depressed.  While depression is common in PD, if
you are not depressed, you should probably not be taking an antidepressant.  If
you are depressed, then it is a matter of trial and error to find the best
antidepressant for YOU, which will not necessarily be the same as what is best
for someone else with PD.

(2)  Since none of the standard medications seem to affect your symptoms, and
since Metoprolol did help with them, you might ask you neurologist to reconsider
the diagnosis of PD.  There are other forms of parkinsonism, which require
different forms of treatment.  Do a Google search on "parkinsonism" for
additional information.
