Carline has had poor bladder control, generally retention, which is
often in the evening. Then at night pi-pi in the bed, ugh.
In fact last night she could not pi-pi before going to bed (11:30PM)
after the last pi-pi at about 4:00PM. So I worried. Luckily she woke up
at about 6:00AM and made a lot of pi-pi. She went to sleep immediately
and I am sleep deprived. She often has trouble voiding, which I assume
is related to muscle control of the muscle at the bladder. Retention
seems to be worse when she is constipated, which is essentially always.
We are using an Enema more and more frequently. She does take stool
softeners but it is not enough. If she also takes prunes the stool gets
very soft and there is no control, so poopie in bed. Life is interesting.
