Having all four associations listed (as opposed
to a long list of individual names) sounds good
to me--as long as Susan's name as the primary
drafter (and receiver and coordinator of
revision suggestions) shows up! Maybe Susan's
name and title could be followed by something
like "--on behalf of and in collaboration with
members of the following professional
associations for Writing Studies in Canada--"? I
like Roger's idea, too, of some electronic links
being given as a way to click to get more
information--especially since many who read the
piece are likely to do so online.
