I am in a constant battle with myself to exercise.....one day last week I
woke up dizzy and nauseous and that has put me off my treadmilling of 5
minutes a day for a week. I try to motivate myself but it is a constant
struggle, like when I was well, but it is harder with PD.

I would like to be able to send a message that would inspire us all, but I
can't. It sounds like you and stepmom having been doing everything but the
actual exercising for him.

Do you exercise regularly? If someone has a good suggestion, I"m all ears.

Subject: need help! for my Dad with Parkinson's

> Hi,
> I've been on this list serv for 5 or 6 years. My father has had
