Get- vinyl seat
self control button on the arm so u can control it
arm raises and lowers
swivel seat
foot rest at the proper height for you
seatbelt
seat width-- think about it-  18" OR 20"
track length- measure ur steps and landing
top and bottom controls must!
electrical outage-  battery backup???
fit it on the steps not the walls

 HOWEVER, medicare, ect. may cover it.  If they do, there is a NEW way 
of getting DME called competitive bidding. Know what u want ahead of 
time so the bidders can put a bid for the product that u need.
