Just reconfirm with you....
You mean you drop comtan & requip , only in-take the sinemet,
And, you replace the wellbutrin with the Effexor & clozapine(clozepan ?).
Then, the "sleep attack" & "muscle freezing" is gone ?
Above is related to Constipation ?

I would be cautious while on Sinimet, contan and requip. I was on Sinimet,
contan and wellbutrin and began having "sleep attacks" and mucsle freezin" which
is not good trying to hold down s job and driving. It so happened that I lost
my job and the lack of funds I could only get my sinimet. By after a bit the
sleep attacks and freezing stopped finally got back to work and now I'm on
Effexor 75 and clozepan with sinimet. I believe you should be aware of what the
combination of medications cam do.
