Hi Jeff.  Yes, stopping Sinemet seems to be what did it.  She weaned herself 
off of it gradually, and the diskinesia stayed with her all the way until she 
stopped completely and for a bit afterwards.  The only med she has tried since 
Sinemet is the Neupro patch (which she started immediately after quitting 
Sinemet), and she suffered no diskinesia from that.  Since Neupro has been 
pulled from the market, however, she's been on zero meds.  Her PD syptoms are 
controlled by the DBS.  Scott
