For what it's worth, Sinement CR is basically all that my wife took for 8 years or so, and she developed diskinesia as a result. As I said in an earlier post, this occurred maybe five years into using it. She also tried Comtan, but it upset her stomach so much that she couldn't give it a fair trial.
