David, Thank you very much for posting this information. I have been treated now for 3 years for PD with Carb/leva and requip. They are working fine to control the trimmers. I have been having the same condition as you with my big toe and it never occurred to me to relate it to any medication. I certainly agree with you that we get precious little information from the doctors about what to expect from PD.
