I had a bad experience with the Hico, Texas Police in the fall of 2005. It
seems that some people become bullies when hidding behind a badge. Most
people have a deep need to trust the police, Doctors, Preachers, and
elected government officials. These people will not help you. They will say
to your face that if you were arrested you must have done something worng.
A night in jail, with no access to a Dr. or my meds was painful and very
frightening. I had to demand an immediate, three weeks, grand jury meeting.
I was no billed. I had done absolutely nothing wrong. I was nerved racked
and it took three programing trips, DBS, to make me quit shaking.
These police commited conspericy to commite fraud, they wanted my cars and
my house. They commited three major felonies under the disabilites act. Yet
one is still working as a police instructor, the other gave up his badge to
avoid rape charges. This fellow tried to get my wife in the back of an
ambulance buy himself.
They gave my name to the texas drivers license department as being unable
to drive. This was a big problem. I had no difficulty passing the test, but
the test giver could not believe that a police man would use them to further
a vendeta. After a year of being followed by the DPS I had to call the
secretary to the head of the DPS and have her do a search on how many people
the Hico Police had sent in for testing. In five minutes she had found the
figures. Her only response was that I would have no further trouble. I
haven't.

follow the money and be careful who you trust.
