Mary,

I am assuming that you are making a generalized statement about "disparaging a candidate or a party..." as well as your comment about "insulting behavior" and that you are not directing that at me. In reviewing my remarks made to Gerry who I highly respect, I don't believe that I disparaged or insulted anyone by encouraging examination of political agendas. I agree...being objective, indeed, is of utmost importance, and that is what I urge people to do....look at the facts. Fact finding is definitely not being subjective. I prefer to exercise my right to say that Parkinson patients and their loved ones should examine the facts and determine objectively their choices rather than emotionally. Anyone who shares on the list ...remaining respectful of course...is trying to share ideas on what he or she believes is best for the Parkinson community as well as America. Differing opinion is what fuels rational beings to derive better ideas and solutions. Some of my best friends are Republicans, Mary....honest! Bottom line: we all want what will bring about the best for this great country and some of us are willing to take a chance and share thoughts with those we care about.

By the way, I appreciate the God Bless, because He has,
Susan
