I understand even for normal people, dr. Blaylock recommends 3 g of 
L-carnosine. I usse to take 2 x 500 mg l-carnosine one in the morning and 
one in the evening.  Now a days, I have increased the dose to 2 x 500 mg 
capsules twice a day.
