yes, I would like to comment:

Reverend Schuller owes the Parkinson's community a full and public 
explanation of his claim that Dr. Jannetta had discovered a cure for 
Parkinson's disease.  We expect more from him than a  "misunderstanding" of 
what a cure would mean.  It would mean we get our lives back, lives that 
have been stolen by this cruel disease.

His very careless statements have done much more than dash our hopes and 
feelings.  When a person of power and influence makes such claims people 
listen and it tends to marginalize the issue.  People see no need to work 
for cures when Schuller says one has been found.  That is what will be 
remembered, not that it was a misunderstanding on his part.

Reverend Schuller needs to say this and apologize publically this Sunday 
from the pulpit.  He needs to demonstrate an understanding of the gravity of 
his responsibility to tell the truth.
