Hi folks I'm wondering if anyone has any advice about getting a new filling. The last time I had a cavity was well before my Pd diagnosis. My first attempt to fill a molar ended quickly because I had some very robust tremors going on. We tried again next day but this time the problem was my tongue! Every time the dentist started drilling I felt like my windpipe was closed off and I couldn't breathe. The dental assistant tried mightily to hold my tongue out of the way it was "too strong" for her. I have lots of fillings and I've never had problems with dentists in the past. The only problem I've had in the past was a need to swallow very often. I wonder if novocaine is the culprit. Any suggestions? -- Steve in VT ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off Parkinsn send a message to: mailto:[log in to unmask] In the body of the message put: signoff parkinsn
