Hi Lottie

Anita started seeing her 4th Neurologist and each time she was referred to see another Neurologist, except for the one whom we did not care for. Each time Anita sees another doctor seems to be a better doctor. This 4th doctor Anita is seeing specializes on PD only and our last visit there was quite confusing due to the Interpreter there giving us the wrong signals by not using the proper medical words beind said by the doctor, really had us confused. After the meeting, I requested another Interpreter to be replaced for our next meeting for later this week and our honor was accepted. Knowing that this Neurologist specializes on PD only and we both like her very much. My point here to you Lottie is you go looking for a Neurologist that specializes on "PD" only, whom Anita is now seeing, instead of finding just a plain Neurologist.
Good luck Lottie.

Subject: I have just been diagnosed with Parkinson's

It has been very insightful reading all of your chats.
Tho it also makes my future more scary--hearing more details of the disease. Anyone have any tips about choosing the right neurologist?
