Rick and Ray, Prem, my husband, really enjoys music and one of his great joys was to play the guitar to accompany his own singing. One of the first things he lost after his diagnosis was the fine motor skills required for this. He kept trying, but eventually has given up on the guitar. He also had to give up on the computer, because he could not get his fingers to do what he wanted with the mouse. And, as you say, Rick, the anxiety does not make things easier.
