Hi,
Re Carbo/levo dosage, I have found that taking it at approximately 3 hourly 
intervals works best, Also, don't take it on a full stomach, or with food, 
as this will greatly reduce any benefit.Try taking it about half an hour 
before eating as it should then "kick in" before your meal, making eating a 
better experience.This works for me.
