you should be looking for movement disorders specialists     n o t    just
neurologist.
 
 
you have such clinic under dr a. lang in the western division of the toronto general hospital and another one in markham. but i  do not recall the doctor's  name. and there still one more 
'independent
' guy dr consky i think. and that's  it no more as far  as i know...

Hello,

 

I am very glad I found this list.  My father has Parkinson's and is
declining quite rapidly.  His current neurologist only sees him every six
months and the office is not accessible when there is a crisis.  Phone calls
are not returned and information is not provided, so we are looking for a
more accessible and hands-on physician.  I wonder if anyone on the list
could recommend a neurologist who is accessible and willing to deal with
questions and concerns from family.
