hi, my husband tried it without much success which might not have been the 
device's fault.
i had high hopes because i always thought he walked so much better in the 
hallway of his neurologist. this hallway was laid out in different carpet 
squares. the moment we got back to the parking lot he was stumbling again.
i found the people at gaitaid very responsive and had no problems returning 
the device within the alloted trial period. the refund was issued promptly.
please be aware that you will be about $80.00 out of pocket if you return 
the device [shipping, handling to you, return shipping with insurance].
