I would recommend hiring someone to do your nails for you.  An expense, yes,
and maybe you wouldn't do it all the time, but at least sometimes, maybe as
a 'splurge', you could take it easy one time, and work for it the next time.

By the way, have you heard the Dirty Dozen Brass Band's rendition of the New
Orleans classic, "Feet Don't Fail Me Now"?  It has that wonderful, funky,
'second-line' rhythm from the Mardi Gras parades of New Orleans that's bound
to get your toe tapping.  And if you have tremors in your toes, check and
make sure - you may be compelled to start dancing.  Note: not recommended
while having your mani-pedi.
