my take was if the cause of PD is not addressed and treated, cell 
replacement of any  kind, adult or embryonic,   is only going to provide 
temporary relief.   For injury like spinal cord injury, cell replacement may 
be enough.  But what do I know?  I think I'll contact my former student who 
is a  PD researcher at U of Pittsburg.  Her field of expertise is cell 
death.
