I tried Shiatsu massage once and I found it a bit too active, and it put me
into some contortions I wasn't quite ready for. I have my therapist work on
my head, neck, shoulders and back, and that much takes her more than an
hour. She uses the tried and true, Swedish body lotion and elbow grease
approach and it makes a wonderful effect of temporary relief from all the
built up tension in my neck and shoulders. I can only afford one massage
per month, so I need to get the most out of it, meaning that out of
everything else I've tried, good ol' massage does the trick the best.

Enjoy!
