A lot of things have changed since then. As I don't want to mislead anyone with false or outdated data, the most time in framing a reply to a question, or preparing an article, is spent checking the data for currency, and checking the text for correct terminology. (I tend to use both medical terminology and lay terminology, as in "anarthria - partial or total loss of speech...")
