As I expressed before, both programs are great. MacSpeech dictate is, in my 
experience more flexible, but Dragon NaturallySpeaking is more intuitive. 
(If that makes any sense.).

I have a neighbor across the street who is a quadriplegic. With Dragon 
NaturallySpeaking, he would be able to move the mouse with his voice and use 
mouse clicks, anywhere.

My neurologist has been at me to get more exercise, other than just trying 
to move when unfrozen. I borrowed a friend's recumbent stationary bicycle, 
and I spent the last half hour exercising lot was responding to e-mails and 
surfing the web.
