Subject: Brothers with Parkinson's & MSA

> Hello,
>
> I am new to this list. I have two brothers with very similar symptoms. One

> Multiple
> System Atrophy. My questions are:
>
> 1. Is there any relationship between Parkinsons and MSA.
> 2. If my brother with parkinsons (or what I perceive to be parkinsons)
> really
> has MSA.. how could 2 brothers have what is supposed to be a rare disease
> and is also not supposed to be heriditary?
>
> Thank you for any advice you can give me.
