You're welcome, Kathleen. No, balance was not an issue--especially with the motorized trike. Very heavy and stable. Plus, the thing has gears! Top speed is 11 mph. Laureen hasn't been out "walking" with us lately, but when she does she needs to keep it in low or second gear, or I can't keep up. She does use her pedaler every day, though. Scott

Thanks, Scott!

Sounds like the trike turned out to be a good thing for Laureen. I take it
balance was not an issue?

I had no idea a motorized trike was an option. That's good to know.

Best,

Kathleen
