I told you incorrectly  in the last email! We tried oral Baclofen, but  
it did not do the trick. With the intrathecal Baclofen, some people  
take a mighty dose. 450 micrograms a day is a mild dose. That's about  
20 mcg an hour. It doesn't seem to bother the neurologists. They  
encourage higher doses. It does have a sedative effect in higher  
doses. Intrathecal Baclofen has a much more powerful effect than  
taking pills- none of it ends up in the liver. We took 3 10 mg pills 3  
times a day with little effect.
