Dear Ray I am sorry that you are so upset about the health care system in your country. Frankly speaking, I am also very surprised that America cannot provide adequate care to the Parkinson's patients compared with the UK. I am not familiar with anything in this world other than Medicine. Am I right to say that America tends to practice capitalism, rather than socialism (this may sound like a stupid question)? Are the insurance companies making tonnes of money out of the policy holders? I hope President Obama can change the situation for the better. We need to give him time. With your persistent efforts, I am sure that one day someone in your country will listen to you and change the policy. To start with, you already have a faithful follower in Malaysia (i.e. me). Despite both of us coming from different countries, which have different health care systems, it does not change the fact that I admire you for what you are fighting for. You are kind, and understand the needs and sufferings of Parkinson's patients.
