"Vale, Robert Wilson" Robert Wilson, a farmer from Peak Hill, NSW, Australia, was tragically killed in a two-car crash last week. Robert was a local councillor on the Parkes Shire Council for 43 years, 23 of them as Mayor. He was a dedicated supporter of Parkinson's Disease (PD) research, and as a member of the Central West [of NSW] Parkinson's Disease Research Group (CWPDRG), made two study trips with the group to Beijing, China, at his own expense, to observe P.D. treatment and research in China. He also sponsored,again at his own expense, the PD information web-site "PDWest" (now defunct). As Mayor, Robert could always be relied upon to make the facilities of Council available to the CWPDRG whenever needed. His passing is much regretted by all who knew him, both as a firm friend and valued colleague. Dr. J. F.
