The abstract seemed to me to make a solid > case for the 1 mg dosage maybe slowing the progresssion of PD. It all seems very hypothetical. Selegiline was also supposed to slow the progression and so was ropinirole and others. Later they could never prove it. How do you test a slowing of progression in a disease where everyone seems to have a different evolution?
