You have my sympathy Amanda. I broke my collarbone a few years ago 
when my tremors weren't so bad. I can give you this tip however. When 
I visited a chiropractor 8 weeks after my accident he told me that I 
should have came right in to see him. He had me lie face up on the 
table while  he placed his hands between my shoulders and the table. 
He gives a wonderful massage that way which uses only the weight of 
my body for its force. He'd been massaging one of his employees this 
way. Her broken clavicle was well knit in three  weeks.
