I take Stalevo 100 (post DBS) and took it pre DBS as well.  Stalevo 100 is a 
combination of a Sinemet 25/100 and 200 MG of Comtan.  I've never had a 
problem with Stalevo, it's just one pill instead of two ... and comes in 
stronger dosages, as well, if you need more Sinemet (Carbidopa/Levadopa).
