Wow, Jen, I'm sorry to hear that. I thought I was "young" when I found out at 52. :) But I am relatively new to this PD game too and struggling to figure out how long I can/should keep working. We work in related professions -- I'm a librarian and currently work as an associate dean at a middle-sized state university. My favorite "medication" is exercise. I've found that regular exercise is a great help. I use an elliptical machine by Precor and the Wii Fit Plus -- which I love because of all the feedback features. take care, Cinda On Sun, Nov 1, 2009 at 8:44 AM, Jennifer Gaudio <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > Hello all, > > > > My name is Jen Gaudio.
