Hopefully, these folks have a good lawyer.  It certainly seems that the 
doctor was remiss in not doing a biopsy before he removed the kidney. 
Although, if the kidney tumor was impacting other nerves or organs, or 
obstructing the ureter in any way, the doctor would be negligent if he did 
not remove it.

As for Seroquel causing violent behavior - that's another story.  Many PWP 
are prescribed that drug for psychotic behavior (my husband was on it for 
years with no side effects). It would seem that this fellow had a 
paradoxical reaction - something no one could anticipate.
