The likely hood that there Was an unnecessary dose to the cerebellum which
is located around the thyroid level is high and therefore possible fort eh
case of your pd. 
What would ask is what type of response do you get from sinemet to be more
confident of this type of injury being caused by the radiation doses
received and the onset age of the pd.

I am skeptical about anything dealing with radiation. When I was 6 years old

in 1954 I received X-ray treatments for swollen adenoids. Many children who 
received that treatment developed cancer of the thyroid as adults.. I did 
not get cancer, but I think the treeatment was the cause of my PD.
