Welcome to this club you didn't really want to join.  When I was diagnosed 
in 1996 at age 60 things were not so bad.  I could treadmill  an hour  day. 
Since my DBS in 2003 I exercised less and I regret it.  Now I do 3-4 hours 
daily on forced exercise cycler, but can barely walk at all.

Those early PD years are golden, do everything you've always wanted to do 
and can do and by all means keep up the exercise.
